bazee Terms & Conditions — Please Read Carefully

To be eligible, you must:

• Be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during use of the Platform.
• Be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not prohibited under applicable local law.
• Not be self-excluded from the bazee Platform or any related gaming service, or subject to any court order or regulatory directive restricting your participation in online gaming.
• Be acting solely on your own behalf and not as an agent, representative, or nominee of any third party.

To access the full functionality of the bazee Platform, you must register an account by providing accurate, complete, and current personal information. Each player may hold only one registered account; the operation of multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held within them. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

• You must provide a valid mobile number or email address that belongs to you and is under your exclusive control.
• You must not share your password or account access with any other person. bazee will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account.
• You must promptly notify bazee support at [email protected] if you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation.
• bazee reserves the right to suspend or close any account where fraudulent, deceptive, or dishonest conduct is suspected, pending investigation.

All financial transactions on the bazee Platform are conducted in Bangladesh Taka (BDT). bazee supports deposits and withdrawals via approved payment methods including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. bazee does not accept deposits from third-party sources; all funds deposited to your account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name.

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. bazee reserves the right to impose maximum deposit limits at its discretion.
• Withdrawal requests are processed subject to identity verification and may be delayed where bazee has reasonable cause to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or breach of these Terms.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment account registered in the same name as the bazee account holder. bazee does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.
• bazee reserves the right to withhold or reverse a withdrawal where a bonus wagering requirement has not been satisfied, or where there is evidence of Terms violation.

bazee offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions that are published at the time the offer is made available. Players are responsible for reading and understanding the terms attached to any bonus before accepting it. Acceptance of a bonus is deemed confirmation that the player agrees to the applicable bonus terms.

• Free spins awarded as part of a promotion are subject to the specific free spin terms published with that promotion, including any maximum win cap applicable to free spin winnings.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bazee Platform. A breach of any of the following provisions constitutes a material violation of this Agreement and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of all funds held in the account.

• Using automated software, bots, artificial intelligence tools, or any other mechanism to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting activity offered on the Platform.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, exploit bonus mechanics, or otherwise subvert the integrity of any game or betting market.
• Depositing funds derived from illegal sources, or using the Platform for any purpose connected with money laundering, tax evasion, or other criminal activity.
• Registering more than one account, registering on behalf of another person, or providing false or misleading information during the registration or KYC process.
• Engaging in any form of harassment, abuse, or offensive communication directed at bazee staff or other players through any channel provided by the Platform.

• Deposit limits: players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps on their account to manage their spending.
• Time-out periods: a player may request a temporary suspension of their account for a specified period.
• Self-exclusion: a player may request permanent self-exclusion from the Platform by contacting [email protected]. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and are irrevocable for the duration of the exclusion period chosen.
